Currently she is changing the way people share memories at Nixplay.

Previously, she designed for a B2B SaaS platform at Code Free Soft to help SME easily build tailor-made business apps, e-Forms, workflows and reports.

She loves storytelling, digital and calligraphy.

Led the DragOnce B2B SaSS platform design from 0 to 1

Redesign

Redesigned and launched the Nixplay IoT mobile app for 3.5 million users in 7 languages, improving the app store rating from 2 stars to above 4 stars over three years

Research

Conducted user interview and remote usability testing to improve the Nixplay onboarding process, improving monthly active users by 3 times and day 7 retention by 3.8 times over three years

Design System

Established a code-based design system with design tokens for the mobile, web, and frame application

Managed a small agile team with the OKR approach to drive the Fujifilm print shop project from conception to launch
